Recycling
Recycling has always been part of the aluminium industry. The advantage of aluminium is that it can be melted down almost infinitely. The secondary aluminium created through this process is usually more cost-effective and significantly more sustainable than primary aluminium, which is extracted from bauxite using electrolysis in a process that uses high amounts of energy.
Recycling in the sawing workshop
In our sawing workshop with 10 saws, we generate vast amounts of aluminium chips and sections, which we then feed back into the material cycle in a way that is environmentally friendly and also ensures that the aluminium retains its value. We turn profile scrap back into new aluminium profiles – usually standard profiles such as FLUTZ profiles or profiles with low surface requirements – e.g. profiles of the No Name Solar® brand for supporting structures for photovoltaic and solar installations.

Our recycling service for you
We also offer an environmentally friendly recycling service for our larger customers and system partners and combine the returned aluminium scrap with our own scrap. The advantage is obvious: Bundling of quantities leads to better conditions.
We then credit the relevant amount to your account following receipt of the scrap aluminium. You can then use this credit to purchase new aluminium profiles at even more affordable prices.
