Machining
We deliver our aluminium profiles, honeycomb composite panels and sandwich panels to you after they have been fully machined and cut to size.
In our machining centre in Düsseldorf, the machining work for the profiles is carried out on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC saws and panel saws.
In addition to sawing machines, we also use additional specialised machines, such as rod machining centres and vibratory finishing machines. This range of equipment provides the perfect conditions for a flexible, efficient manufacturing process.
The machining options we offer include drilling, CNC milling, sawing, tapping, notching, fixed lengths, punching, deburring, vibratory finishing, bending, grinding, brushing, polishing and foiling, as well as the production of special packaging and thermally insulated profiles.
The options vary according to the product group.

Machining, but done in a sustainable way
Good to know: The aluminium chips created during our production processes are recycled using an environmentally friendly method and fed back into the material cycle. You can find out more about this in the Recycling section.
