We know that the extrusion die used to manufacture aluminium profiles is a crucial factor in the quality and cost-effectiveness of the profiles.
At mejo, we attach great importance to high-quality dies, and we produce most of these in our in-house tool and die shop. We can even press profiles with complex cross-sections for you thanks to our in-house CAD engineers and design engineers. You don’t lose any time due to long shipping distances. We can easily carry out any corrections needed and also offer repair and maintenance services.
For batch sizes of 5 tonnes and above, the production of most dies is free of charge for our customers.
