No Name Frame®
We saw the lightweight panels to size using 5-axis CNC machines and panel saws. A wide range of machining options are available for the panels:
- Sawing, milling and drilling
- Surface coating with films, HPL laminate, sheet metal (aluminium, steel, stainless steel), linoleum, floor covering, a wide range of plastics
- Surface treatment through lacquering
- Shaping of the panels using bending and folding techniques
- Connection/fixing systems using riveting, thread fastening and adhesive bonding
- Various edge sealing options using ABS edge banding (edge protection), aluminium profiles, folded cover sheets and sealing
Do you have specific requirements for your project? No problem: We can manufacture honeycomb composite panels or sandwich panels that are custom-made according to your specifications. With custom-made panels, you can integrate local reinforcing elements, inlays or channels in the core.
In addition to custom designs centred around the honeycomb core, we also enable the integrated construction of composite panels based on CORAPAN® and CORAHEX® with an extruded polystyrene core or honeycomb core in different bulk density classes and approval classes.
